Linda and Chloe went to the office upstairs.
Chloe poured Linda a glass of water using a pink Kirby cup. Linda knew the character’s name because Lexi loved it, and she had watched many episodes with her.
“I plan to shoot a short film themed around modern jewelry design. Linda got straight to the point, but Chloe was stunned for a moment.
“Linda, I can provide the jewelry for you, but are you sure this will be profitable?” Chloe asked.
Jewelry–themed projects often had a limited audience. It might not rake in the profits, too.
“It’s not about the money. It’s to generate buzz for my new movie, Linda explained.
Apart from her film projects, she didn’t care much about profits. She only cared about what she liked.
The new movie was set to release during the New Year holiday. If they wanted to have the box office ratings, they needed to create the hype now.
Linda only had moderate fame. She was not quite at the level of a big star.
Moreover, she didn’t like casting famous celebrities, which meant they might miss out on a portion of the audience. So, they had to get creative in other ways to attract the audience.
“Linda, I’m only worried it might end up being a thankless task,” Chloe commented.
Actually, Chloe and Linda didn’t have a deep understanding of the domestic market. Chloe had
encountered numerous challenging clients while doing design work.
Linda’s tone was certain. “It won’t be. Do you remember the short video ‘Escape from the Brimax Museum
that went viral?”
Chloe nodded. She knew it since this video had indeed gone viral, becoming very popular and well–known.
“We’ll leverage our country’s pride as a marketing tool,” Linda explained, and Chloe immediately understood the principle behind it.
“You mean we should tap into the public’s sense of pride?” Chloe clarified.
“Exactly. Seems like you’ve learned a lot from this,” Linda replied.
“Why don’t you take a look at the jewelry first, then start writing the script? I’m worried some pieces in your script might not be available from my side,” Chloe suggested.
She didn’t keep too many finished pieces on hand. The reason was that the raw gems were sometimes worth more, especially after cutting.
“Is it convenient to show me around?” Linda asked.
“Sure.” Chloe got up and led Linda to the secure storage room opposite her office. This was the most important area in the company and only accessible to Chloe.

The door used body recognition technology but not fingerprints. Only Chloe could open it with her presence. This shows that advanced foreign technology was impressive indeed.
Linda left Radiant Jewelry’s workshop after finalizing the jewelry designs. She still had other matters for her to do at YK Media.
At YK Media, Samson walked into Linda’s office and handed her a file folder. “You mentioned you wanted some information, and I found it for you.”
“Thanks, Mr. Lynch. Linda took the folder without hesitation.
“You’re welcome,” Samson replied.
She placed the folder to the side and said, “I might need to take some time off.”
“Prepping for the new movie’s promotional activities?” he asked.
He was well aware of the film’s progress since he had invested in it and his team handled its editing.

“It’s something like that. I want to use a short film to build up some hype,” Linda explained.
“What kind of short film? Samson asked.
“It’s about modern jewelry design. It’s similar to that theme from ‘Escape from the Brimax Museum.“”
“You wish to make the video viral by leveraging on pride?” Samson was the president of a media company, after all, so he could quickly understand Linda’s strategy.
