“Linda, what do you mean by that? I didn’t quite understand,” Tobby questioned.
“Mr. Tobby, I’ve made it very clear. What I’m saying is to fully cooperate and reveal whatever Tom has done for the past four years. That will be enough.”
Linda stood up and continued, “I always keep my promises. I hope you all are sensible enough and do not beg me later.”
She left the conference room as soon as she was done speaking.
The remaining shareholders looked at each other, confused and worried.
“What are we to do now, Tobby?”
“Yes, it’s clear that Linda expects us to return the money we’ve hidden.”
“The most pressing issue now isn’t even the money. The projects that we were involved in have some illegal aspects to it.”
“If that’s the case, everyone’s been involved. We’re in this together.”
The shareholders debated among themselves, but Linda didn’t care at all.
No matter how much they had corrupted, she was determined to ensure they returned all the money.. There was no rush for her as time was on her side.
The immediate priority was to see Tom face justice, It was also to bring some solace to the deceased John.
Wendy finished organizing the documents and faxed them to the office printer. She knocked on the door and entered.
“Ms. Felix, through the documents, it can be primarily concluded that Tom is involved in drug trafficking.”

before them.

Tom’s various cases were investigated together. Lucy and Hannah, Tom’s close relatives, also came under scrutiny.
As Lucy was intelligent, she was barely involved with Tom’s matters, resulting in the early release of her and Hannah.
Since Chloe had her project launch, Linda and Luke attended the exhibition together.
There was a special live–streaming broadcaster there. They walked side by side, chatting and laughing like a couple in love.
The internet quickly began to ship them as a couple.
Since Luke was no longer a teacher, having a social media account as a designer was perfectly normal.
After the live stream, he responded to the comments and screenshots tagging him.
